SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. General

Supertron Electronics Pvt Ltd, having its registered address at Supertron Electronics Pvt Ltd. 2nd cooper Lane, Off R N Mukherjee Road Kolkata 700001, is managing and operating the Shop.Crucial.in (Micron Technology Inc.) through which it inter alia facilitates the sale and purchase of Crucial Products Memory (DRAM), Storage (SSDs), RAM Accessories and other products.

This delivery and shipping policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms sets out our policies and procedures towards delivery and shipping of Products purchased on the Micron Technology Inc.

We provide shipping and delivery of our Products all over India. We aim to provide the best customer experience for you by tying-up and partnering with leading logistics service providers to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience in receiving the Product that you have ordered from the Micron Technology Inc. We make all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Products are delivered to you in a timely fashion.

By agreeing to use the Micron Technology Inc. and/or purchasing a Product on the Micron Technology, Inc, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. We encourage you to read and understand the terms of this Policy every time you visit the Micron Technology, Inc. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to use, access or transact on the Micron Technology, Inc.

2. Terms of Shipping and Delivery

We partner with third party logistic service providers in order to effectuate Product shipping and delivery to you ("Logistic Partners"). We shall provide the details of the Logistic Partner which will be responsible for processing the shipping and delivery of any Product(s) purchased by you on the Micron Technology, Inc at the time such Product is processed and successfully handed over to the Logistic Partner by us. Our standard dispatch timelines depend on the pin code to which delivery is made. You can understand the estimated timelines on the ‘Product Detail Page’, once you enter the relevant delivery pin code. In any case the user will be provided with an estimated timeline for the delivery of the Product purchased from the Micron Technology, Inc. This estimated timeline shall be notified to the user on the ‘Product Detail Page’, displayed at the time the order is confirmed by us. We will also share details about your orders pursuant to their dispatch on the e-mail ID and/or mobile number provided by you/ registered with us. You agree and understand that though we effectuate Product delivery to the Users through our Logistic Partners, we reserve the right to ship and deliver the Products on our own without engaging any Logistic Partners or third party service providers.

You agree and understand that though we endeavour to ship and deliver our Products all across India, we may, in our sole discretion determine a select list of areas which are unserviceable for delivery of Products. We or our Logistic Partners do not provide shipping and delivery services in such unserviceable areas and may not process your orders on the Micron Technology, Inc in such cases. In the event an area has been deemed unserviceable by us, we shall notify such user at the time of placing an order on the Micron Technology, Inc. You may also verify whether an area is unserviceable for deliveries by us by entering the relevant area pin-code on the Micron Technology, Inc. We reserve the right to cancel your order in case the Product is shipped and the pin-code becomes unserviceable.

You agree and understand that though we endeavour to ship and deliver our Products all across India, we may, in our sole discretion determine a select list of areas which are unserviceable for delivery of Products. While we make reasonable endeavours in ensuring that purchased Products are delivered to you in a timely manner and within the timeline notified to you, you accept and acknowledge that the delivery may be delayed on account of:

  • Logistical issues beyond our control
  • Unsuitable weather conditions
  • Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, etc.
  • Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.
  • Other unforeseeable circumstances.

In such events of delay, we shall make reasonable attempt to inform you by writing to your email ID and/or mobile number registered with us. We disclaim all liabilities that may arise on account of our failure to inform or notify you of delays in the delivery of purchased Products on the Micron Technology, Inc. Further, we shall be under no obligation to compensate you for any claim that may otherwise arise on account of delay in the shipment or delivery or use of the purchased Products.

We endeavour to engage Logistic Partners, employees, agents with the highest regard for ethics and integrity; and behave in a fashion that exudes thorough professionalism, competence and good mannerism. You agree and acknowledge that the actions, inactions of delivery individuals are not in our control, and it is not possible for us to monitor and observe each delivery executive. Since we are merely facilitating delivery of a Product purchased by you, we shall not be liable for any acts or omissions on part of our delivery agents, employees, or personnel and/ or the Logistic Partner or their employees, agents, or personnel including deficiency in service, wrong delivery of Product, time taken to deliver the Product, Product package tampering, etc. For the sake of abundant clarity, it is stated that any ill-mannerism, impoliteness, discourtesy or offensiveness shown by our delivery executives or the employees, agents, personnel of the Logistic Partners is beyond our control and any issue arising between you and our delivery executive or an employee, agent, personnel of the Logistic Partner will have to be resolved by the you, independently. You agree and acknowledge that you will not hold us responsible or require us to settle, mediate or resolve any disputes between you and the delivery personnel delivering the Products to you.

Once you place an order on the Micron Technology, Inc, we process such order and hand over the purchased Product to our Logistic Partner. The User will receive a unique tracking identity number once the purchased Product is handed over to the Logistics Partner, which will enable the User in tracking the status of delivery of the purchased Products. The User may use the tracking identity number on the Micron Technology, Inc or the website and/or the mobile application of the Logistic Partner to check the status and location of the purchased Product and its estimated time of delivery. Our customer service team coordinates with the Logistic Partners to ensure that the Products are delivered to you at the earliest and make all reasonable efforts in ensuring that the Logistic Partners update the tracking status of the purchased Products on a real time basis. It is clarified that we engage third party service providers to effectuate deliveries of the Products and hence, we do not guarantee the accuracy or correctness of the tracking status and the status may be subject to inconsistencies arising out of time-lags in updating the information and/ or other technical difficulties which are not in our control.

You will receive the Product after sharing One Time Password with our Logistic Partner. If the Product delivered to you comes along/together with its parts. You need to verify if all the parts are available in the package and make sure that the complete package as mentioned in the shipping box is being received by you.

You will not accept any package of the Product that looks visibly damaged, torn, or tampered in transit or its seal is tampered. All our packages come with "Tamper Evident Void Seals", Note that the acceptance of the tampered "Void Seal" or a “Damaged Package”, would disqualify you from any return claims for missing products, physically damaged/defective Product(s), incorrect Products, or missing accessories.

We reserve the right to charge or collect shipping fees on Products from time to time. Shipping charges may vary based on the value of the Product, type of Product, area of delivery, payment mechanism, etc. You agree that we are authorized to collect, on behalf of the Logistic Partner, the shipping and delivery fees for the delivery service provided by the Logistic Partner. In the event we charge a shipping fees for the delivery of a purchased Product, such shipping fees will not be refunded by us pursuant to any return request raised by you. However, we may make exceptions and refund the shipping fees in the event a defected, damaged, deficient or incorrect Product (for reasons attributable to, and accepted by us after due verification in our sole discretion) has been delivered. You acknowledge and accept that the title and risk of all Products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon the delivery of the purchased Products to you.

3. Placing an Order

When we offer products and services for sale on this Site, we are inviting you to make an offer to buy the products and services shown. When you place an order by clicking or activating the appropriate button or hyperlink on the Site, you are making us a legally binding offer to buy the products and services you have selected on these Terms.

We accept your offer only when we have received approval by your chosen payment method and when we have shipped your product or otherwise made it available to you, such as providing you a download link.

At our discretion, we reserve the right to decline your offer and cancel your order. Any system generated order confirmation we send when you complete your order is an acknowledgement of your offer only and is not an acceptance of your offer, which is subject to correction before shipment of your physical products or delivery of your services. Upon successful verification of your order and payment information, Supertron India will buy the merchandise you ordered from our Supplier for the purpose of reselling it to you.

By placing an order, you are consenting to our use of electronic communications related to your transaction and the electronic delivery of notices, policies, and records of the transaction.

You agree that we may keep pertinent contract records, including communications and acknowledgements, as permitted by law.

4. Product Description and Pricing

We make every attempt to ensure that the products and services offered for sale on the Site are described and represented as accurately and as completely as possible. However, mistakes may occur and if there are errors, we reserve the right to correct and revise.

Prices are subject to change. The prices payable are those prices in effect at the time of our acceptance of your offer and are in the currency presented on the Site. Unless otherwise indicated on the Site, prices for products and services do not include GST, other taxes, delivery, export, or other charges.

5. Payment Terms

You agree to pay for the product through the payment methods offered on this Site. Those payment methods may be subject to their own terms and conditions. We may use third-party service providers to process and authorize your payment. By placing an order, you are authorizing us and our third-party service provider(s) to charge you for your purchase using your selected payment method. You further agree that we may charge the total amount of the purchase—including any applicable taxes, delivery, and customs charges—to your designated payment method. If we have delivered your product or service to you and your payment method fails for any reason, you agree to pay us the full amount due upon demand.

Return and Refund Policy

1. General

Supertron Electronics Pvt Ltd, having its registered address at Supertron Electronics Pvt Ltd. 2nd cooper Lane, Off R N Mukherjee Road Kolkata 700001, is managing and operating the Shop.Crucial.in (Micron Technology Inc.) through which it inter alia facilitates the sale and purchase of Crucial Products Memory (DRAM), Storage (SSDs), RAM Accessories and other products.

We aim to provide the best customer experience to our Users beginning from placing an order to initiating a return. While transacting on the Micron Technology Inc., you can expect a hassle-free experience in returning the Product that you have ordered and can rely on us as your preferred shopping destination.

 This return and refund policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms sets out our procedures and policies in accepting Product, return and refund thereof

2. Applicability of Policy

Product(s) on the Micron Technology Inc., you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on the Micron Technology Inc.

Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the Policy that govern your return and refund of an order for Products on the Micron Technology Inc. Every time you wish to use the Micron Technology Inc., please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.

3. Cancellation of Products

Order once placed cannot be cancelled.

4. Return

You may initiate the request for return of the Product at the time of delivery (Return Period), post-delivery we would not accept any return request. If,

The Product delivered has any physical damage, have a missing part or are different from what was ordered basis the Product description on Micron Technology Inc., you are required to contact customer care details mention below to intimate of any physical damage, missing or wrong product etc., at the time of delivery.

Products reported, return will only be processed, if the Product is not found to be activated and may be subjected to verification as per the terms of this Policy.

Product was found defective or is dead on arrival; You are required to contact Kaizen customer care (18005703020) to intimate about any defect or non-functionality condition of the Product i.e., if the Product delivered is dead on arrival (DOA). Product being reported under defective/DOA cases; the return will be processed subject to verification as per the terms of this Policy

In case of any issue arising after delivery Users may contact Kaizen customer care (18005703020) the directly under the Product warranty provided by the manufacturer (as applicable).

All our packages come with "Tamper Evident Void Seals. Please ensure that you do not accept packages where the seal is tampered. Acceptance of a tampered "Void Seal" or a damaged box will automatically disqualify you from any return claims for physically damaged/defective products, incorrect product, or missing accessories.

You should raise a return request at 18005703020 or Crucial.CustomerCare@Supertronindia.com to get a return authorization code for any of the eligible reasons. Once we receive your return request, we will process the request for refund within 15 working days.

5. Refund

At the time of raising a request for return the Products on the Micron Technology Inc., you may seek refund. Such refund will be made to you only in the event the payment has been received by us for the Product.

Please be informed that when you opt to return the Products, upon our verification and assessment of the Products and the documents relating there to, the refund amount for such Products which are eligible for return as per the terms of this Policy, will be processed within 15 working day of raising of request. Your refund will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by us are fulfilled, such as the Product being returned in original condition, along with the price tag intact including original packaging of the Product, the brand outer packaging of the damage or defective or inaccurate Product and all accessories therein is intact. For the sake of abundant clarity, it is clarified that we shall not make any refund in respect of a Product that is deemed ineligible for a refund based on our verification and assessment. You acknowledge that after initiation of refund, it may take additional time for your refund to reflect in your account which is subject to your financial institution or payment solution provider terms and conditions.

We do not make any cash refunds. The amount will be refunded to you within 15 working days of raising request into the original the mode of payment chosen by you. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, you may contact us, and we will gladly help you.

Refund to be made to the User shall not include any amount paid towards shipping charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time. However, in the event a Product has been delivered with a defect or damage (for reasons attributable to, and accepted by us after due verification at its sole discretion) we may refund the shipping charges to you. You will be provided with a refund if you have received a non-returnable Product in a damaged or defective condition subject to verification and examination of the damage or defect of the Product by us.

If for any reason the refund to the original Mode of Payment fails at our payment gateway, then we will reach out to you to share alternate account details to process a manual refund. No other exceptions will be made for refunds to a different card or bank account.
